Dreigeschossiges Stadthaus mit gemauerten Fenstereinfassungen und einer Hofdurchfahrt. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Sattlerei- und Polsterei-Meisterbetrieb mit überdachtem Schaufenster. Eine Boden- und Gehsteigplatte mit Kopfsteinpflaster liegt dem Modell bei.
