Die Ge 4/4 II 611 "Landquart" erhielt 2004 als eine der ersten Maschinen ihrer Bauserie im Zuge einer grundlegenden Revision Rechtecklampen. Sie wurde bereits im neuen Rotton lackiert, der untere Rahmenbereich blieb braun. Sie trug viele Jahre noch das ältere Anschriftenschema.
Lokmodell mit LED-Spitzenbeleuchtung und Digitalschnittstelle MTC21 (NEM 660).
