Für den Bau an Hanglagen. Lasercut-Modell einer Fachwerkhütte in Ständerbauweise über einem gemauerten Kellergeschoss nach einem Originalvorbild im Siegerland. Der Grundriss ist in zwei Zonen aufgeteilt, neben dem Wohnteil mit Fensterläden, Außenkamin und kleiner Photovoltaikanlage, gibt es einen ebenfalls beheizbaren Anbau.
Eingangstüren finden sich auf beiden Geschossen.
Dieser Bausatz enthält: 123 Einzelteile in 6 Farben, Fensterfolie, 1 Gardinenmaske und 1 Bauanleitung.
