2-stöckiges Wohnhaus im alpenländischen Baustil mit einem gemauerten, verputzten und mit im Digitaldruck aufgebrachter Lüftlmalerei verzierten Erdgeschoss sowie einem aus Balken gezimmerten Obergeschoss mit angebrachtem Hausspruch. Das Schindeldach mit Giebelschmuck ist mit Steinen beschwert. Kreuz Christi, Hundehütte und WC-Häuschen liegen dem Bausatz zur Ausschmückung bei.
Dieser Bausatz enthält: 283 Einzelteile in 8 Farben, Fensterteile, 1 Gardinenmaske und 1 Bauanleitung.
